Roehl Offers $10,000 Driver Incentive
Roehl Transport has announced a new $10,000 retention incentive for experienced CDL-A drivers.
The company announced the program on October 26, 2026. It is available to eligible drivers joining Roehl beginning November 2.
But the money does not come all at once.
Drivers receive $500 after their first load, then another $500 for every 10,000 miles, up to $10,000 total.
That means drivers need another 190,000 miles after their first load to earn the full amount.
To qualify, drivers need at least six months of recent Regional or OTR experience. They must complete orientation by December 14 and be hired by December 18, 2026.
The offer applies only to eligible fleets and hiring areas. Drivers must still be employed with Roehl when each payment is made.
What This Means for CDL Drivers
Drivers looking for a new trucking job now have another pay offer to compare.
But this is a long-term retention incentive, not a $10,000 check when you start working. Read the conditions before making a move.
