    CDLCrew is operated by Nixelo Labs LLC ("Nixelo Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). Nixelo Labs LLC is the legal entity responsible for this service and this Privacy Policy.

  2. Information we collect

    We collect account details, business and job information you submit, uploaded images, driver application details you choose to send, job-alert preferences, payment status from Stripe, and basic usage and device information. CDLCrew does not store complete payment card numbers.

  3. How we use information

    We use this information to operate accounts and listings, process Premium Company Profile subscriptions, prevent abuse, send service notices, improve CDLCrew, and comply with legal obligations.

  4. Sharing

    Driver applications are shared with the company selected by the driver. We also share only what is needed with service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, email providers, analytics providers, and Telegram when you purchase or publish eligible content. Public listings display the business information you submit.

  5. Advertising and analytics

    CDLCrew uses Google AdSense to display advertising and Google Analytics to understand site use. Depending on your location and consent choices, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, personalization, and fraud prevention. You can decline or manage optional data use in Google's privacy message when it is shown.

    We retain information while your account or listing is active and as needed for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal requirements. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

  7. Your choices

    You may edit or delete business content from your dashboard. To request account-data access or deletion, contact officialcdlcrew@gmail.com.
