Editorial Policy

How CDLcrew selects, writes, translates, credits, and updates trucking content.

Updated September 5, 2026

Original value

We verify facts against primary or clearly identified sources and write our own headlines, summaries, context, and driver-focused explanations. We do not copy another publication’s article.

Sources and media

We identify the source of reported facts. Embedded videos remain hosted by their original platform and we credit the original creator.

Translations

English, Spanish, and Russian versions may be translated or edited with software assistance. A human publisher is responsible for reviewing meaning, names, numbers, links, and source credit before publication.

Advertising

Paid company promotions are labeled and are kept separate from editorial decisions. Payment does not guarantee positive news coverage.

Updates

Material corrections are handled under our Corrections Policy. Minor spelling or formatting changes may be made without a separate notice.
