Cancellation and refund terms for the CDLCrew Premium Company Profile.

  1. Premium payments

    The Premium Company Profile costs $99 per year or $19 per month and renews at the selected interval until canceled. Payment for a billing period that has already begun is non-refundable, except where required by law or when CDLCrew confirms a billing error.

  2. Cancellation and return to Free

    You may cancel Premium at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Premium remains active through the end of the paid period; after that, the profile returns to Free. Company information is retained and Premium-only features are hidden rather than deleted.
