Headache rack installed on a semi-truck

A customer needed a place to carry his chains and binders, so we installed a Merritt headache rack behind the cab. No frame was touched. We didn't drill, cut, or weld anything. The rack clamps onto the frame rails, and we tightened the hardware to the manufacturer's torque spec. Now the chains are organized and within reach, and the back of the cab is protected from shifting cargo. 🔧
