Six high-power charging stalls are now operating at Pilot #1390 in Ellabell, Georgia, giving Tesla Semi fleets a new charging location along major U.S. freight routes.

Pilot announced the opening on October 8, 2026. Another station at Flying J in Tulare, California, is scheduled to open October 9. Additional locations are nearing completion in Fort Stockton, Texas, and North Las Vegas, Nevada.

The stations will feature four to eight charging stalls each. According to Tesla, the technology can deliver up to 1.2 megawatts per stall and restore 60% of a Tesla Semi's charge in approximately 30 minutes.

What This Means for CDL Drivers

Drivers operating Tesla Semi trucks have a new charging option in Georgia, with more locations planned. However, fleets should confirm that each station is operational before including it in a trip plan. The announcement does not change requirements for conventional diesel trucks.
